Jose is CEO and managing partner at Alder Koten.
Jose partners with clients in the industrial and consumer markets to help them recruit talent and develop thriving cultures. Working broadly across sectors Jose’s team specializes in upstream and downstream supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and transportation with a strong focus on digital transformation, auto industry electrification, and Industry 4.0.
He is also involved in executive search work focused on board members, CEOs and senior-level executives; and consulting engagements related to leadership and organizational effectiveness helping clients create thriving cultures.
An important part of his time is spent on research work focused on organizational effectiveness centered on leadership and culture. Prior to joining Alder Koten, Jose was a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Industrial Practice based in Houston, TX and Monterrey, Mexico. His professional experience also includes leadership positions in engineering and operations management for manufacturing organizations in the US and Mexico.
Jose holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Charlie is a managing partner at Alder Koten.
Charlie helps clients to acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. He performs executive search for multiple industries specializing in Fintechs, Startups, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financial services, IT and automotive among many others.
He is a Member of the Fintech / Startups, Automotive, Maquiladora, IT, Sports and Manufacturing Practice at Alder Koten.
He identifies talent through industry knowledge, business intelligence, and targeted market mapping. Charlie also evaluates and assess talent using our proprietary framework and competency model to ensure the highest possible rate of success on the job. He utilizes Alder Koten's market knowledge, our development model, and our success model to help talent transition from the outside and into our clients’ organizations, from within our clients and from our clients’ organizations into the market.
Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is fluent in English and Spanish
